About us

The Restaurant

IMG_0768_g_smallIn these few words we will try to describe our cosy atmospheric little restaurant. Firstly, we have both air-conditioning and an open fire in the restaurant in order to guarantee your comfort at all times of the year and to make your visit a unique opportunity to relax and enjoy our local cuisine whether in the summer or winter. And of course, you can start your dining experience with a drink and a tapas in our friendly little bar.

In Andalucía, every season of the year brings a new delight for the palate and we do have some of the very best quality ingredients in the world. These ingredients give us an excellent opportunity to present the best traditional cuisine of the area as well as to offer many a new culinary creation of our own.

But our love of good food and the care with which we prepare our dishes is the most essential ingredient in our kitchen. And this love and care goes into all our culinary offerings: salads, soups, starters, fish, meats and home-made desserts.

For instance, we have delicious local seafood dishes with fresh lobster, tuna, cod, monk-fish and turbot – served baked or grilled in a variety of mouth-watering traditional combinations. And, of course, we also serve a variety of dishes using the world famous Iberico hams, chorizos and other Iberico delicacies. Local dishes such as suckling lamb bring a unique taste of the Axarquían campo to the menu. We pride ourselves on our rich home-made sweets to bring a sinful conclusion to your meal. We have a full menu of excellent wines from throughout Spain and a complete range of spirits and liqueurs.

We try to be flexible and give you a happy and satisfying dining saboramalaga-smallexperience. Therefore, We are pleased to cater for vegetarian and vegan guests on request and will be happy to make suggestions.

We pride ourselves on our local produce and work almost exclusively with local Málaga ingredients and suppliers. We are affiliated members of the organisation “Sabor a Málaga” (A Taste of Málaga).
